It was day 2 in Chicago, our first morning i.e breakfast. We went to the nearest Intelligentsia Coffee for breakfast. They did not really have breakfast selections that we wanted so we simply tried their pastry and their cappuccino.

Duck & Waffle, London
We went there for the food, the view and all the hypes that we have been reading about. Our reservation happened to be on the day when it was wet and the visibility was poor. The amazing view from the restaurant that people write and talk about was not happening. At some point, the visibility was very poor that we barely able to see the buildings in the vicinity.
The food was a mixed for us, some were good, the others were not for us.

Ladurée, Ginza - Afternoon Tea
We were in Ginza after having lunch in Shibuya. Upon taking some afternoon walk, it's time for our coffee or tea or in this case Cappuccino. This is what we do when we get away. Breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. With more things in between.
We were in Ladurée, a macaron and sweet goodness heaven. It deemed fitting to order a couple of gorgeous looking desserts to accompany our drinks too.

Le Pain Quotidien, Covent Garden
We ended up in Covent Garden that afternoon and saw Le Pain Quotidien sign. Having heard of this place before, we decided to have some Cappuccino and a slice of something sweet. We picked Tarte Tatin with cream to share. They were alright, not particularly make us want to go back for more, so that was it. We might try their meals one day.
