We had some turkey leftovers, with some carrots, celery, onion, potatoes and herbs, I made these turkey pot pies. These are warm meals that utilize the leftovers well. We still have more turkeys left though!

Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie was on the "to-make-list" for a while and we finally made them last week. It was a matter of putting my heart and my mind into it and a little request from the people who would eat them. The crust was made from scratch too and we always ended up with some left that we used to make small apple pie for dessert. One likes it with the crust all around while others like the crust on the top. It's not hard to cater the preference at all.
