We had some Ricotta that we need to used up and I thought making bread using Ricotta would be a great way to use it. I used the recipe for Hokkaido Milk bread but incorporated Ricotta into it. The bread turned out so fluffy and delicious. The only downside is that Ricotta is really expensive in this country, making the bread an expensive one indeed.

Vegetarian Stuffed Mushroom
I bought two packs of portobello mushroom and made stuffed mushroom of them. For the filling, I mixed quite a few ingredients which included carrots, celery and ricotta cheese.
