These salted egg yolk cookies seem to pop up more as Chinese New Year is nearing. I was very curious that I felt the urge to bake some. The cookies were really tender, I needed a little time to get used to the flavor. They were like sweet spritz cookies, but with mild flavor of salted egg yolk.
