Homemade Clif Bars



I only started eating Clif bars recently, when jet lag, after traveling thousand miles away to San Francisco, affected my hungry times.  I woke up in the middle of the night and having a Clif bar helped me. Now back at home, I made an attempt to make something similar to that. I used toasted oatmeal, dates, dried cranberries, peanut butter, honey and a pinch of salt. No baking was needed and these are yummy.
