Portobello On Bread..



It was a simple meal. Sliced portobello was sauteed on the pan with a little bit of olive oil and chopped basil, seasoned with some salt and pepper. Put them on top of a slice bread that has been pan-grilled. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and put them in the oven until the cheese melted and turned browned. Ready to eat!
