Vegetarian Spaghetti...



Here comes the yummy and healthy part of Friday. It was another fast and abstinence day. Our (me and one kid) dinner was a light wholemeal spaghetti with the sauce made of mushroom, tomatoes and basil leaves from our garden (only the basil leaves that were from our garden!), which we got tons of, a little amount of cream and parmesan cheese, seasoned with salt and paper. It's quick and good. Try to make some!

PS: While this was my dinner, it was simply an appetizer for my growing teenager.
