I Think It Get Closer...

I do want to be able to make Ciabatta the way the store across the street from where we used to live sells. My ciabatta never looked close to it. Out of boredom as I surfed the net last night. I came across a video on Ciabatta making. Which led me to another video. And more videos. Many different recipes, many different ways. I kind of got an idea of that I wanted to try the next morning. My attempt today was quite satisfactory. It's not quite there yet, but I am still pleased with the appearance of it. The crust is crisp, the texture is chewy, the bread must be Ciabatta. Now . Happy day!
