Bakwan!


It was Friday again and it was no meat again. I was cleaning up the vegetable drawer in the fridge and found some treasures that could be used to make Bakwan or Vegetable Fritters. I did not have bean sprout that I normally used for this, but I had some Chinese cabbage. Carrots, Onions, minced garlic, egg and others were available. To make it yummier, I put in some chopped shrimps. They were so good!
