I had three large tomatoes that were ripe and screaming at me and the only thing I could think of was making basic tomato sauce that I can use for pasta and pizza. I planned to make Pizza Margherita later on in the day for my only company at home. I had basil leaves from the garden chopped in and mixed too. All set for now.
