It had been a while since I baked this quiche. Prior to putting the tomatoes on the quiche, we first need to roast them in the oven. Basil leaves are mixed into the cream and egg mixture. There is a layer of caramelized onion on the based and cheese on top of that, aside from the very top too, Sounds good, doesn't it?
