It was time to bid adieu to Chicago and we flew to Seattle. We took an early United flight so that we could comfortably arrive in Seattle in the afternoon. We picked up our car from Hertz and stopped by for a quick meal on the way to the city. Our room was not ready, so we drove to Pike Place market which happens to be located within the vicinity. Parking was a bit of a problem, we had to drive around a couple of times before finally finding a spot for our car.
It was our search for the original Starbucks store that took us there. It was a nice sunny afternoon and there was a long line outside the store. We just walked around and get a bread from a Russian bakery, Piroshky bakery, over there.
