I got myself a couple piece of cod fish from the market across the street, they were on sale but still very pricey at S#39.90 per kg. The two pieces that I bought were about $12, not bad compared to restaurant prices.

Steaming fish is really fast and simple, it easily took about 15 minutes including steaming time of 10-12 minutes. While steaming, I prepared the garlic sprinkles, sauteed with sliced chillies and ginger. Top the dish with sesame oil, fish sauce and spring onions and it's ready to serve.
