It was a dull grey day in Tokyo, but after postponing our trip to Meiji Shrine way too many times, we made it that morning. We took train and walked to this big compound. Lots of people say how serene and peaceful the place is, but we came on Sunday morning and there were tons of people coming and going. Serenity and peacefulness were not quite the right words to describe.
Interestingly enough, because it was Sunday, we got to see a couple of wedding processions as well as wedding pictures session there.
