By now, we all understand where my weight gain is from. This traveling and eat and eat everywhere we go, every couple of hours or so combined with my lack of will to say no to unnecessary food, have naturally helped in the expansion of my waist line. :(
We went to the famous Tsukiji fish market during our recent trip to Japan. After taking a walk around the market, of course we were obliged to have sushi there. It didn't matter what time of the day it was. It was the right thing to do when anyone goes to Tokyo. All are superb. So yummy and fresh. Writing about this make me want to fly to Tokyo now and eat more sushi there again.
