Stuffed Mushooms


When it comes to mushroom, I have a solid partner in crime here, my little buddy. We both just love mushrooms. Almost all types, portobello, shitake, button, white, brown, Swiss, canned, .... of course, the pricey truffles!


On pizza, in soup, or in sauce. Japanese, Chinese, Italian syles? Just bring them on! Our latest craze is stuffed mushrooms. We had them made on portobello, the stuffing was a mix of cream cheese, sausage, chopped onion and garlic, basil and parsley, egg yolk and of course parmesan cheese. Surely, they are so good!!!
