It the time again, the time when I have too many ripe bananas and nobody wants to eat them. Don't get it wrong, this time I didn't buy them. My sister in law gave us some, excessively as her usual.... It's a great thing that I am having five visitors at home, staying for a few nights here. And they eat well. All of them are in fact fantastic eater. I baked cheese and chocolate buns this morning and they were gone! I am hoping the same fate for this banana cake.
