I never stumbled into dried Porcini in the supermarkets here. Maybe I do not look hard enough, maybe they do not carry such. My dear Miss K got me some dried Porcini from the UK, she is a superb 14 years old! My partner in crime is still in UK so I had no choice but cooking this risotto with dried Porcini for myself. I added some asparagus to make the dish healthier. I like it, it is just the way I imagined it. Yum!
