Chicken And Potatoes


For weeks, I have been trying to clear up the stocks that I have in my fridge and freezer, constantly minimizing the purchase of meat and everything else so that I have a nice and clear space inside. After all, there are practically two-three people at home most of the time and do not eat much (at home). I had some frozen chicken breast that I converted into oven baked breaded chicken with parmigiano and baked smashed potatoes that have been previously steamed. They were baked in the same oven, but required different timings. With some salad, it's dinner for two last Wednesday! Simple and easy.
