Korean Inspired Fried Chicken


This is not exactly Korean, but it comes close to the Korean's version. I do not have any Korean ingredients but substituted what I needed with what I have. The wings were deep fried twice and tossed with sauce and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. These are yummy, sweet and spicy. Mmmhhh... it's hard to stop at one.  I used David Lebovit's recipe and now I am looking for Tefal Actifry that he talked about in his recipe. I am so getting one, I hope they sell this machine in this island.
