Chicken Egg Rolls

I try not to serve fried food too often and this dish can actually be served either fried or sliced after steaming. just as they are. Of course frying them is the ultimate best in terms of taste, but one step prior to that gives quite delicious products as well. Healthier or tastier is for anyone to choose.....

The filling is made of minced chicken combined with minced garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, ginger root, pepper, sugar, corn flour and beaten egg. The wrapper is very close to crepes, but egg-ier... , made with eggs, water, salt and flour and pan fry them one by one. Wrap the filling in the wrapper using the same way as you make spring rolls. Steam them for around 20 minutes. After this step, you can slice them and they are ready for consumption.

Alternatively, deep fry the sliced egg rolls and serve with any favorite chilli sauce of yours. The meal is ready! Bon Appetit!
