Curried Chick Pea Salad

I like salad. With the right combination of what you put and the right dressing, salad can be the most delicious yet healthiest thing on earth. Salad makes me feel less guilty when I eat non-veggie and non-fruit things.

This one is greens with curried chick peas (garbanzo beans) and pomegranate only. I merely topped it up with a poached egg and seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper. Simple, but delicious.
