The first week of 2012 has come and nearly gone. It sometimes frightens me that time goes so fast and I could barely keep up with everything. It did not feel that long ago that I finished college, started my first job, got married and have three kids and now two of them are in college. That makes me sound like I am so ancient. Nah.......! I made Brioche dough this week, another first of this year. Some were stored and some were used to make Cheese Brioche. After brushing the top with the egg wash, I sprinkled some sugar before baking them in the oven. Good old yummy Brioche!
