Mini Blueberry Bundt Cake

Dragon year is finally here. Happy Lunar New Year! 


I made two types of desserts yesterday, egg tarts and the above, Mini Blueberry Bundt Cakes. The batter of the cake was really thick that it was quite a challenge to put it in the mold. In the end, it's all good, because the mini cakes were served upside down anyway.
