Spinach Galette

I had been thinking about making this galette for a long time and one day, I finally made it. 

I like making galette. It is rustic and it is free form. It can be sweet or savory. This one was for breakfast and I put in spinach and crumbled feta cheese with an egg on top. The crust was wholemeal.
