Week Three After The School Start....

Counting down to midterm break: six weeks. It's still a long way to go. I am longing for a break already.

We are ending the third week three of school, things are intensifying and get more interesting. We have a long to do list this weekend, from violin lesson, basketball game and getting more swimming gears. We need lots of other things to keep the activities going. Activities at school have started and homework and projects are keeping everyone occupied. True, I am seeing with my own eyes that one door closes, another will open. It's a blessing in disguise that the first guitar teacher assigned to us, didn't have a good slot for my little trooper because apparently her friend said she didn't enjoy his lesson too much. We subsequently got another one who was able to slot my little pie into his schedule. So that settled it! She liked him too, that's a bonus.

As for Bangkok trip, it was the best decision that the conference was canceled. Things seem to get worsened with physical clash and death reported. With the cancellation, the one involved had the whole afternoon baking and decorating a birthday cake for her friend, quite a productive thing to do. Talking about school, here are some pictures from the school in South Africa where she taught and co-taught.
