It's almost like home alone on Thursday evening. The kids were coming home later and at different times, because the school had some activities to celebrate UN day and DH was flying home. I had some mushroom to finish off before going off for the short holiday tomorrow and opted to prepared Risotto for supper. I practically had so much left after I the dinner, alone and the little one had some after she arrived home. To the fridge for Friday meal!
