Thai Chicken With Basil



We had this Thai Chicken with Basil for dinner the other evening. It's a quick and simple to prepare dish with just so few ingredients, ground chicken, garlic, onion, chilies, basil and fish sauce. We used ground chicken fillet and some chilies from the garden (Ha!). It has been a while since he had this, the last time we had one was when we were in Florida in July. My eldest thought it was not as spicy as usual. I only used two small red chilies and one big one. It was, however, spicy enough for the little one. For me, of course, it was too mild. Can't always please everyone......
